DOMESTIC (USA) SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS
Orders shipped using standard domestic delivery will usually take (5) to (14) business days to arrive. Please note that every item is 100% unique & handcrafted.
It may take 1-2 days for credit/debit card authorization then 1-3 days for product to be shipped. Orders purchased on the weekend will take slightly longer.
HOLIDAY/PROMOTIONAL ITEM SHIPPING
Holiday shipments may take up to 10 business days to be shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via United States Postal Services, DHL, or FedEx. International shipments can take anywhere from 7 - 20 business days for delivery. We have no control over the speed of delivery once the product has left the US.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are made-to-order. Customized orders can take up to 2-6 weeks depending on available parts and labor level of the requested item(s). Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders are not shipped out the same day they are placed.
